IN-STORE RETURNS.
You have 14 days to return your purchase with a receipt as ‘proof of purchase’ for an exchange or credit note. This is dependant on stock availability and at our teams discretion. We advise you to keep your receipt as we cannot accept returns without. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same original condition that you purchased them in - Unused with tags and in the original packaging.
If you have ordered through social media and would like to return your order, please email us beforehand so we can advise you on how and where to return to. All shipping costs (including returns costs) for social media orders are the customer’s responsibility.
